Website Redesign — Rebrand Landing Page

Goal:
Refresh the website experience to align with Law360’s new brand identity and create a more modern, cohesive first impression for prospects and customers.

My Role & Approach:

  • Led messaging updates to reflect the new brand voice, ensuring consistency across headlines, value propositions, and CTAs

  • Collaborated cross-functionally to align design and content with broader rebrand goals

Customer Resource Hub — Onboarding & Education Library

Goal:
Create a centralized resource hub to support customer onboarding, improve product adoption, and reduce reliance on support for common questions.

My Role & Approach:

  • Structured the page to make resources easily discoverable, organizing content by use case and customer need

  • Focused messaging on usability and self-service, helping customers quickly find relevant information

  • Worked with internal teams to identify key onboarding gaps and prioritize high-impact resources

  • Designed the experience to scale as new content and features are introduced

Outcome / Insight:
This project highlighted how thoughtful content organization can directly support customer success by improving accessibility and reducing friction in the onboarding process.
